What are you eating right now?

My girlfriend and I just went out for dinner at a restaurant in Niagara Falls called The Blind Pig 😋 I had a sandwich that was made with pulled pork, ham and pork belly with mayo and Dijon mustard. My girlfriend had a honey glazed buttermilk chicken with a peach salad. It was a delicious meal!

More seed oils please. More preservatives and food dyes please. Extra salt please. More sugar please. More caffeine please. Gotta satisfy that dopamine urge. It's better than alcohol or weed though.

In Canada our Wendy’s has something called The Son of Baconator which is smaller but is the one that I prefer as the bigger one makes me feel like I should have a defibrillator on standby when I’m eating it 🤪
We have that but it's not on the breakfast menu. The breakfast baconator is the only one I can get here....eggs sausage bacon etc.
 
Cacio e Pepe Polenta: Bob's Red Mill corn meal cooked with the addition of Kampot black pepper, 12-month aged Pecorino Romano, and a small pat of unsalted Kerry Gold butter, accompanied by some strong Himalayan black tea.

I don't have my glasses handy this morning so I hope the image looks OK.
