What are you doing right now?

We went downtown and saw the Snowbirds do a few flyovers. This is their last performance before the old planes retire.

It was 10 x CT-114 Tutors in close formation. Apparently they are being replaced by CT-157 Siskin II models.

There were also three CF-18 Hornets doing flyovers. They were much, much louder. An absolutely deafening roar!

They must really be avoiding the border! Didn't even hear a plane yesterday. We used to see them especially 2000-2005.

I’m listening to music and hanging up some shirts and putting other clothes away in drawers. My first time in many years organizing my clothes. Usually they would just stay in the clean clothes hamper till I wear them then rinse and repeat lol. I have so many clothes that it’s hard to keep track of them all so by organizing it makes them way easier to keep track of. I’m doing t-shirts on one side of the closet and then long sleeves and dress/flannel type shirts on the other side. It’s also laundry day so I’ll have more to hang up later. Soon I will be digging out the long sleeves and flannels haha. I can’t believe it’s August already this year has went by so fast.

Still tired from my late return trip from the horse show. Dug some carrots, cut them up for a snack and then worked on the strawberry patch. I trimmed up excess runners and transplanted a few that have taken root. I need to get going and transplant my raspberries. I took some little shoots from my parents place months ago and put them in a planter while I was to prepare and spot in the yard........ yeah, so..... In a week or two I'll dig potatoes. And just like that, our summer is almost over.

Thanks!

Now I feel tired. And like a lazy slacker. :)
