Yesterday was drama dealing with dingbat... listen up @AutoMechanic

Invited herself to settlement. I have learned not to argue with her.
On the way over she literally eats all of my bubblegum and a few mints.

I offer her a granola bar on the way over and she goes into her processed food tirade which you can't zone out... whatever I say...

At settlement I'm offered something to drink and I graciously say no.
Then they ask dingbat and she makes the lady read the list..

Gets a ginger rale and chocolate candies and Doritos as well as hard candy etc... uh processed foods and die now beatus

Takes over the settlement running her mouth like we are a couple.

The lady steps out to copy some papers and dingbat lifts a few pens and puts them in her pocket book and the lady notices several pens are missing and I shake my head in disgust...

Then she asks me if I'm still single and i say yes and she asks me if I have any wedding plans and I tell her my lady friend lives in Ocala and we aren't at that point yet...lol

I tell her dingbat was an old friend but I'm rethinking that at this time...

We have an agreement as neighbors as i helped her with her mother.
If we need a ride to a doctor, appointment etc...we help each other with stuff like that.. that's the deal. And I have already proved i do my share and I'm sure she will.

Rethinking my plans to mow this morning since it's pouring rain right now.

Just got back from my neighbors house. She’s 75 and hasn’t had her mower tuned up since 2020 so she asked if I would. I went and got everything and so she paid for parts and labor for me.

Gave our flowers and newly planted trees some extra water. Then, weeded the planters and sidewalk cracks. I'll shoot the weeks again on the sidewalk with some cleaning vinegar and water mix. Just not today, 106F in the forecast.

Now that we'll be moving out of our house later this year, I finally installed working bathroom fans

Not too bad - I had to get fairly creative to route the exhaust hose on one of them, as space was limited and it exited the ceiling directly above the fan. The new ones were quite a bit deeper so that made it tougher.

My wife and daughter have gone camping. That means a weekend of watching baseball, yard work, relaxing, etc!

Finishing dinner and having cold snacks. Biked 28 miles on a rail trail (zero anaerobic, real hard work) and am tired (did 20 yesterday). Watching a Build Season vid about his rotary powered truck, not sure how many hp it has but it sure sounds angry when pushed hard (as hard as a 70's mini truck will muster).

Just got back from hanging out with my friend. We went to several stores and the mall and to eat. Hopefully I can sneak all these bags in before mom gets up tomorrow lol. I got me a new pair of shoes that were on sale at Kohl’s for $41 and got me some shirts and cologne. My friend got me a bar of soap and deodorant and a beer at Food Lion so that was nice too. We went to Marshall’s, Belk, Bath and Body Works, Kohl’s and Ross and Food Lion, HomeSense, Petco and CVS.

My wife thinks my nephew who is living with us until he goes back to college got his GF pregnant because how they've been acting and her using the bathroom a lot in the last two days.
