Just got my $1.50 Costco dog and drink (and that’s $1.50 Canadian which is actually $1.07 US!)

My youngest and I finished weeding the garden, then set a mole trap, then packed up the bumper pull camper for a run to the shop, cleaned the 5th wheel camper and removed the door glass trim to get a new one cut.
Its hot and humid again..... with the usual risk of a storm this evening. Better not be hail.....

My daughter's Chihuahua liked Pepto Bismol. He'd get upset stomachs. After the first time I gave it to him, if he acted like he was having a stomach ache I'd pull the bottle out and he'd get all excited. He knew what it did.

I just had one walking tour today but it was fun! I had two young couples from Belgium and one family from the Netherlands. They were all soccer fans so when we got to the Fan Zone area where they were showing the England v Argentina match, they asked if we could watch the end of it! Since everyone in the group wanted to do it I took about a 20 minute break from the tour and we watched it

I’m at Walmart getting oil for my RAV4. Hopefully they start carrying Castrol 0W-16 soon.
I decided to work tomorrow and Friday even though I was supposed to be off since we were originally going to Kansas. I only need next week off so I figured I’d save the PTO for these two days and use it later or cash it out at the end of the year. I asked my boss today I’m like so my vacation plans changed can I come in and work tomorrow and Friday and just be off next week and he’s like sure. It would be nice to have extended time off but I’ve always been one where I don’t like to miss work so I try to limit time off.

I’m eating lunch at work. Probably would have been better staying home and using PTO because it’s been kinda slow lol. Oh well I am more of a working man. I like to joke about retiring and stuff but I actually prefer to be at work rather than being off just for the heck of it. I’ll still be off all of next week though.

Vacation over. Back to work! We got home a few days early - my wife and daughter have been very sick. I seem to have managed to avoid it despite being in a constant cloud of coughs and sneezes. I washed my hands every 30 seconds!
