I am at dad’s bank. One I haven’t joined yet lol. They only have one location though and it’s in the ultimate hood lol. He hates them so he wants to drop them and one of our other credit unions that’s bad too. He has I think 6 banks so I have him slightly beat lol.

I always go inside with dad lol. He told me I could join I’m like no I’m good for now. Trying to avoid anymore pulls on my credit since it’s a credit union. I want to be able to get my credit way up which is why the loan helps a lot with utilization.

In our day that was a good rate especially via the private route...
Give me that today and I quit everything.. put me on life support on a rotisserie and spin me twice a day, once to eat and the other to dump...

I do have a couple loans out. So far everyone on time. I tend to forget about the income provided. Nice income bumper if you don’t want to waste money on good stock trading. Keeps a cheap fella out of too much trouble

My dad did mortgages to family.
None paid.... it put a burden on my mom and me ..
. They passed on and never got a dime and really needed it.. Those same people came to me and I despise them..to me they are scum.
They go on day to day without a care.....
That is terrible.
Amazingly bad. How could they even show their faces??

I later realized they screwed over everyone. And since they had kids my father wouldn't go after them and lived a life without in the end...then screwed over by a doctor that told him everybody has pains at his age and my father was a rugged man and didn't complain much...That is terrible.
I had heart surgery and came home to him helping me but I knew he was sick and a few months later he died of undiagnosed stomach cancer without any treatment... after that the shock gave my mother afib and a medicine they gave her destroyed her lungs over 5 long years
The scum never helped me care for them and for what they did I can never forgive them... they did this to everyone they could...

That's the whole point. It's not convenient to go to so I don't use it for daily expenses, just savings and low rate loans.
You can always use them online though, which might mean no saving for some people. Can't see having multiple banks and credit unions. There's no benefit if you have one good CU and one good bank.
