I’m talking to my friend about our trip again and trying to decide if we want to do an overnight trip or just a day trip. And listening to my parents go on a crazy rant about it which is funny to listen to lol. They are like you aren’t driving your car down there the insurance is too high for that. I’m like it’s not your car and not your insurance so why are you worried about it. They drive me crazy sometimes lol. Then they said if we do go we can’t take the interstate I’m like how else are we going to go it’s a big city that we know nothing about even though I’ve been there before. I will probably ask to sit down and talk to them about why they are trying to be this way with me. My friend agrees they are crazy. But we are going regardless of what they say. I don’t like to be like that but it’s just how it has to be.

Your parents want you to live at home with them forever. You all sort of co-depend on each other. Do Not let your parents know how much you have saved up if you start getting ahead. They will have a crises or do other crap and try guilt shaming you out of your money. Once you are out of your parents place, you will get a gf, you will start doing adult activities and you won’t wanna go back to the life you live now.

Realizing that I need to buy tires as wife is complaining about hydroplaning. I think the water was just deep, but I also remember the tires getting thin at start of summer (which wasn't that long ago) (like 5/32's thin). Need to figure out how to get tires onto her car (do I send her? do I take the car for a day? do I drop it off at a garage one night and pick up the following?).

Worked late last night and am finding that when I do that I seem to be garbage the next day. But I was productive yesterday! but today it's like a box of squirrels got loose in my head.

Need to talk to the wife about treating the yard for ticks. Pulled one off me the other day, despite not being outside at all for the day.
