Thinking about making dinner (going to have pasta, it's a lot of work to boil water). Just spot checked my mpg and realized my winter tires are actually the same size as the proper tires, so my mpg display is not wrong--I really am getting 41 to 42mpg with a bit of careful driving (EPA is 38 so I'll take it). Not sure if I'll resort to watching movies tonight, not a bad idea to relax on the weekend and all.
Two days of lawn mowing and all of my work clothes are now dirty so...wait for it...laundry.
Front and rear diff, and transfer case fluids changed on the Canyon. Redline 75w90 and AC Delco Dexron VI. 90,000 total miles, 30,000 on this interval. Rear diff had a little bit of material on the magnet, fluid was amber. Front diff had nothing on the magnet, also amber. Transfer case looked like new fluid right out of the bottle. Transmission is also due, taking it somewhere for that. If this thing had a dipstick, I might endeavor it myself.

Same here...painting and mowing
Today was busy. I changed the oil and filter, rear diff, transfer case, and transmission oil in the Pilot. I also did a Turkey baster job on the power steering fluid. I’ll do a spill and fill coolant job later this week. I plan to make Bittog entries in the appropriate categories but I’m glad I had a 1/2” by 3/8 Cr Mo impact crossover so I could use my Dewalt 921 to break loose the plugs. All good.

I’m doing laundry now and getting ready to go eat dinner wherever my parents pick lol. Mowed earlier. The valve cover gasket on the riding mower started leaking and smoking like crazy so looks like I have me another project lined up for either one day after work or the weekend. I have to make sure my tube of black RTV is still good usually it dries up after a couple of years and it’s been about 4 years since I last used it lol. My friend who is a small engine mechanic told me to get 4 extra bolts because they usually snap off I’m like great so I should have my drill ready too lol.

Hanging out at the gas station. Realized it’s Sunday and I have to work tomorrow and my mom is off for the summer so I’m jealous as heck lol. At least dad has to work.
I have to work tomorrow, and I haven't even got a gas station to hang out at. Totally sucks if you ask me.

I’ve been hanging out at this one since I was a kid lol. Less than a mile from where I live. Free fountain drinks too. We used to hang out till closing but now they are open 24/7 so we usually dip out about midnight.

I’d thought about it. It’s just really hard for me as an introvert. I do need to go somewhere with lots of girls though lol. The 24 hour Advance Auto used to be our hangout but they started closing at 9pm and 8pm some years ago and that’s too early for us so we had to find a new place.

Super Walmart 24/7 ? or Police Station. Sometimes they bring in girls. Some girl cops are hot too.
