Just got back from a trip to Belair. Like @Zee09 the jungle is loose out there. Nearly got sideswiped with some idiot trying to force his way out of a merge lane. Had many cars tailgating me both ways even though I was going over posted speed. I pull into a turn lane and tailgater blasts past me with foot almost to floor even though in 300 feet he has to stop for a light.

This used to be a nice quiet area around town.

What a bunch of idiots.

Yeah I hate that trip, got two docs in that area... the beltway is suicide these days. And young and old are all in a hurry to run you over.. it's a zoo

On the way to the dealership now to get a car. Been waiting on dad all morning was supposed to be there at 9am this morning he just got up at 11. Have to bring them because I might need a co-signer. Have a 2021 RAV4 I plan to buy if it’s still available. Hopefully we will be back before the game starts.

Had an incident this morning on route 272 at Jim's Market near Oxford PA. @walterjay knows the area

I usually never do this but some fool pulled the no turn signal deal at a conventional intersection...meaning stop signs only and I blew the horn at him and threw my hands in the air.. not my style but I'm tired of this crap daily...

A few minutes later I went to CVS and apparently he turned around to give me an ear job.. he comes up to me in the parking lot as I was in my car and being all huffy he asks me why I blew the horn at him....

I looked at him and replied, at what point did you think not using your turn signals at a crowded 5 way intersection was a good idea..?

He put his head down and just walked away.... not a great situation and I shouldn't be doing what I did but I'm really sick of it.

That stuff drives me nuts but I let it lay. Just too many unhinged individuals around. Some idiot blowing a stop sign isn’t worth a confrontation.

I get it though sometimes it just catches you the wrong way.

As our society slides into more lawlessness you can see it first in lack of traffic law compliance, startling different than even 20 years ago. Yesterday a guy on the interstate flew past me (and I drive fast) weaving in and out traffic like a madman, diving into holes that weren’t really even there, and 30 seconds later he was passing everyone on the shoulder dust and pebbles flying . Just crazy.

You will get more help and service with suspect credit than a guy with 850 +... they will have 5 people working to get you in a car....just beware of the interest rates and fees

I absolutely did when I was a master tech at a Toyota dealer. But that was over three decades ago. I would HOPE that any dealership would give a better deal to their employees.

I got them to take off $4,199 for an even $25,000 for a 2021 RAV4 with 57,000 on it. I can afford the payments and I feel like it’s a good deal and my credit union approved the loan for financing. I pick it up Monday during work because my dad and me are calling the insurance during lunch to put me on my own since it’s in my name and the insurance is.m not. Dad doesn’t have good credit so he couldn’t go on the loan with me because they were wanting like 29% interest with dad on it or 12% with me only. I’m a big boy now lol.

Thanks Jimmy boy. Beautiful Ruby Flare Pearl color same as mom’s car. I’m very excited I’ve never had a nice car before lol. I just hope the insurance won’t be too much.
