We went to Old Man’s Cave. Not a place to hike unless you're in shape. The tunnel stairs was dark so my silly wife pulled out her pot lighter. She wasn't high on trail, just silly.

40 calories per mile is the usual number tossed around. i didn't feel guilty about stopping for ice cream on the way home. Now if only I would keep up with rides like that year 'round, then I wouldn't be so... round.
