I had the EKG and first bloodwork taken as soon as I arrived there actually so if it was more serious I would have been processed sooner than I was. In the end I was there for 12 hours but I also had two more blood tests done, a chest X ray and a cat scan. In the end I was given a clean bill of health for my heart and lungs (they were concerned about blood clots). They sent everything to my family doctor and I will follow up with him soon in case he wants to check other things. Right now my chest pain is about a 1 out of 10.

Stress and too little sleep could be a factor. I know it was for me when I was a business owner trying to not be homeless, and more so later as a full-time caregiver. Maybe reevaluate your workload, and do fewer tours if necessary for your health.

Thanks for the kind words! ☺️ I have been doing a lot less tours since Labor Day actually. I was doing three tours a day all summer, six days a week (sometimes 7) but now that the busy season is over I never do more than two per day and most days it’s just one. And in the past two weeks I have had 5 or 6 days with no tours at all. Even during the summer I was always able to get a good sleep every night, generally close to 7 hours. Lately I’ve been getting more since I often nap if I’m not working.

The fall and winter is definitely a better time for me in regards to my own well being and having more time to relax 😎 I have today and tomorrow off and so far no tours are booked for Monday so it looks like I’ll get a nice recharge before I’m back at it. Even though I only slept 4.5 hours last night it was a solid sleep and I feel refreshed right now. I’m sure I will nap this afternoon though 😴🤩

I thought about you this morning because I didn’t expect to be staying over at my girlfriend’s place today and didn’t have any of my stuff with me. Which means I had to borrow a deodorant! She had one that she bought at a dollar store for her son and he didn’t want to use it so it’s an emergency one for me 😝

Oh wow I’ve been searching for that one down here to try and replace Speed Stick Musk. You people up there are lucky lol 😂.

I’d definitely buy all the deodorant I could find lol. I’m also trying to find Speed Stick Glacier which I believe was a Canada exclusive.
