When I was in my early 20’s I loaded boxcars with bags of canary seed. -40 or +40, we had to do it whenever the train pulled in…

We load bulk hopper cars at our building. Our guys at the building across from us load boxcars with 100 pound bags of rice mostly. We have 50 and 80 pound bags also but the vast majority goes out in 100 pounders. They come off a conveyor and those guys say they "direct" the bags. It's definitely a young man's job.

I keep reusing mine as it's not available locally.

Oh wait--now that I think about it, I think I mailordered one. I bet it's sitting on the shelf... well it has to come out again at some point, so I should take it out and leave it on the bench.

Should be much easier this time, lost or left out half the bolts. The annoying bolt at the bottom of the radiator core support? that's a zip tie now, it snapped off.

I’m not convinced it has to be replaced but I had it ready in case I needed it so thought I might as well go ahead.

We did the 100lb bags. I’d probably put my back out if I tried to lift one now!

Today was an easy day for me. I drove 80 miles to Niagara Falls, gave a one hour walking tour and now my day is done and I’m heading back towards home for 95 cent wing night with my buds
