What are you doing right now?

We just finished dinner and are finally going in the pool. It’s a warm one here

Discussing my GERD issues with my wife, and how they might be lessened by licorice lozenges before a meal. About 3 months ago I started Ozempic due to my blood sugar being out of control with my use of Metformin. I was 5+ years on metformin and then it stopped working. So now I take the metformin with the once a week injection of Ozempic and the benefits are much better A1C numbers, but the negatives are more spasms in my esophagus and lots of burping. Doctors want more time with Ozempic before they change the plan.

I accept that my side effects are pretty easy to manage, and I have lost 16 pounds - not that I needed to, but whatever. I added weight training to my YMCA routine to prevent muscle mass loss.

Tons of cleaning here...washing clothes. My final hours here but im going to another place extending my stay and sorting out the new build...
Just sent @KCJeep a DM you never want to get from me 😆

I had really bad GERD which recently started. I got on a granola binge and dumped it and it never came back.
It was non stop for months and ended abruptly....Best of luck to you.

Wondering how it is that I can explain to someone that they need to 1) document changes in our monthly process (which they perform) and 2) use the new documentation template, and what I get back is documentation of the way the process *used* to be done and on the wrong template.

For the record, this is not the same thing as using the wrong cover on one's TPS report. It needed to be said...

Just got back from Costco. Took my

If feasible, add a mother in-law suite. If you do, have double type X fire code drywall installed and fire dampers. My home has a walkout basement apartment I rent to my niece at $750 a month. Before that I rented it to a couple at $1500 a month utilities and internet included and included the one car garage so they could store their junk. I have a walled off 3 car garage.

I've had GERD in the past while sleeping. A wedge pillow and not eating close to bedtime did the trick for me.
