What are you doing right now?

I hope the flat rate guys in your shop don't get stuck doing all the heater cores and other sucky jobs.
I actually don’t think I’ve seen any of them ever do a heater core since I have worked there. Not a common part to fail these days at least not on Toyota. We only have two hourly guys now and neither one of them could handle a heater core. The job that really sucks is steering racks in Tacoma under warranty that pay 3.5 hours when it takes you 8+ to do. Customer pay is 8.5.

I’m having an iced coffee sitting in the shade in my girlfriend’s backyard. It’s so relaxing

I got offered to take over a new to be built house contract.. as soon as the bulldozer showed up to start clearing the lot the buyers bailed at a cost of $25k.
I was offered discount pricing and that $25k off for a cash purchase.

The lot is oversized and their option list was about $45k but if I kept their exact list my cost was just under $17k and only $1k down and no draws. I just pay in full at closing...
6 to 7 months build date

I have a few days to think it over.

Need a silent partner? I will only visit in the winter.

That actually sounds pretty tempting. 👍

Yeah it's putting the heat on me...
Just think I can flip a house while at Wendy's....
And they weren't lying. That big bulldozer plowed in and there it stayed...no permit or impact fees either...
