I’m doing everything I can to find my person Jimmy. I went out to one of those social gatherings things for people with similar interests and it consisted of a table full of people and everyone focused on their phones and I tried talking to people and they would look at me and then look back at their phone like I didn’t exist. I’m just like wow. Hopefully a hot non married girl comes along the ones we have now are hot but all married lol. Maybe a hot one at work lol. Plenty there but all married.

I have to disagree with this statement though, at least in my experience. I have had incredibly good luck with the dating sites. After my first wife and I split up in 2011 I went on Plenty of Fish and met some really great women, in November 2011 I met Lyndsey and her and I were married a year later. We had a wonderful marriage but it morphed into a best friend situation and we split up in 2021 (and we are still best friends and we have a tour company together) So after we split up I went on Facebook dating and met Michelle. She is an absolutely incredible woman and even though we only were together for 4 months we are still extremely good friends and if she hadn’t moved to Quebec we might still be together. After that relationship ended I went back on the apps and met a fantastic woman named Erin and we were together for 3 months and everything was going very well but she decided to open up a dance studio in Toronto and she needed to focus all of her energy on that. So I went back on the apps and met a few more great women, and in October 2022 I got a message from Dawn on OKCupid, we were a 98% match and we have been together ever since. So I’m not saying that everyone is going to have that kind of luck, but I am certainly very grateful for all of the women in my life right now who I never would’ve met otherwise

I’m chilling. Glad I don’t have to go to work for a whole week plus the following Monday lol. I still have over 100 hours of PTO too because I never take off. My boss told me enjoy my time off and he is going to text me on Monday when he talks to the big boss about my raise since I’m a state inspector now. I told him I’ll be waiting on the text and excited to get more money lol.

We will be hitting up another winery this afternoon. We still have a lot left to visit with over 120 of them down this way.
