What are you doing right now?

Going to the store with dad and texting this girl I met on Facebook dating. Seems pretty cool and we share a lot of interests.
After my wife and I split up in 2021 I went on Facebook dating and met a wonderful woman named Michelle. We dated for 4 months and she ended up moving to Quebec but we are still great friends and we get together when she’s in town. My current girlfriend and I met on OK Cupid in October 2022 and have been together ever since ❤️

Tire rotation on the Tacoma SR5! Bought never driven on Mastercraft tires WITH steel wheels for $300 on marketplace! Wheels are rusty, just not on the beads. I by far prefer steel wheels. Was going to be $1200 at Costco or discount tire for top quality tires. These are average tires but saved $900 and will take care of them.

Truck purchased at 127k. Tires installed by myself then. Oil changed at 130k because I don't know the exact history on this oil change. Tires rotated at 132k miles. Hey, I had time now and might not later.

Contemplating the day. WFH so I can take time off and work later. I think the weather is nicer after a hot and humid spell, but windy, so it might be a good day to do yard work--the horseflies have been terrible this year.

I think the student loan went through at the daughter's college, so I should go look at repayment plans. Wife's job interview got bumped to Monday, so that complicates figuring out how we'll afford this college bill. Have high hopes of doing pay as we go, avoid any long term debt.

Still want another car, need something that can move a bike, and I hate lifting anything onto car roofs. Wonder if I should think of trading my Corolla, now that it's dent free. But I think it makes a good runabout, which was the whole point of getting it...

I had a virtual office visit with a NP and actually two the last few weeks
Giving very bad information and when I informed them they shook their head in disgust.

Today the NP disputed the fact that NSAIDs can increase the risk of heart attacks and strokes in those with and without prior heart issues.

Basically they should be avoided by those that have had previous incidents as noted. Even OTC NSAIDs show that on the warning labels...

Not true is what the NP told me...

I had a long day! Woke up around 4:30 and couldn’t get back to sleep so I left my place a little earlier than usual to make the 80 mile drive to Niagara Falls. I gave 3 walking tours so I was on my feet from about 8:30 until 5:45. I got 29,583 steps so far today (will definitely do those last 417 steps before I go to bed!) Now I’m watching the Blue Jays game. Tomorrow will be an easier day, just one walking tour at 1:00 (unless we get a last minute booking for the 10am tour)

We are walking around the store. The colored hair girl blocked me. Said I was lame and she was tired of seeing my face and that she didn’t want to date anybody who hurts the environment with their job and her parents agreed so yeah I guess that was someone above looking out for me on that one. That would not have worked at all. It’s really hard to stay positive when people say stuff like that though about your appearance.

They all sound like complete zeros...
Good riddance 👏
