Recovering from a bee sting via hanging my arm out the car window. Swellage.
Hrm, wife reminded me that there is a recall on her car and that I need to deal with it. I first put it off as I was miffed as it was too soon to go back to the dealer: now that it's crossed the 100k mark I guess it's ok. But now I need to put it off as we need that car while mine is on limited usage (no headlights so I'm the only one who can drive it--everyone else flips them on--not sure if I can just pull the fuse?).
Mad at my work PC. I had to restart it for updates yesterday. Had to restart today for updates. And now it wants to restart again? Put in a ticket for IT to answer that one, just in case it's something else (I do kinda want a new laptop).
Peeved at college expenses. Having a moral dilemma about paying for a non-STEM degree for the daughter, or worse, going into debt for one. And peeved that the other child seems content to give up on school and pursue a career in McDonalds.
First world problems. At least I got free ice cream this afternoon, nice perk from work.

I was out in the sun for a couple of hours today doing my walking tours at Niagara Falls so I’m glad to be at my girlfriends place right now and getting ready for a relaxing swim in the pool (although on a hot day like today I wish she kept the temperature a bit cooler, I think it’s 90 degrees in there at the moment)

Eating and reading about vintage deodorant because I got bored lol. I’ve been wanting to do more research on DB Cooper but without any new information it gets boring and repetitive after awhile. What made me start reading about the vintage deodorant was when I was searching for something close to the one I like that was discontinued and a bunch of stuff about old ones came up.
I just dropped my wife off at urgent care... She flew in from a conference last night and brought a nasty flu or cold with her. Not wanting to sit in a room full of sick people I drove around the block to a nearby lake park. It's just me and the ducks and one little rabbit here.

Waiting on the Bobistheoilguy site to load. For some reason the site is extremely slow today. Plus A popup asking me if I was human. That wasn't working right either.
Plugged my Fiber Optic modem into a Battery backup system yesterday (from China) . I'm hoping it didn't come with some kind of virus.
All other sites seem to be working normally.
