What are you doing right now?

Resting, watching golf. Took my road bike for a 20 mile spin earlier. Trying to get back into riding regularly. I want to ride a century this September, but I haven't done one in well over a decade, so I need a LOT of base miles between now and September.

Also put new trimmer line in the Echo for my son to use after mowing at his Nanny & Pop's house.
 
Went to the library, stopped to look at an XC70 on the way. Doors were unlocked but I couldn't get the hood open to check for when the TB was last changed. Some rust; oddly more on passenger side than driver. Opened a rear door and the jamb was a bit rusty--so I poked it. Baseball piece fell off. I may have closed the door and quickly left before anyone saw me...

On the road at 6am today
Country life... I guy stopped me just before I got to the PA line.

Asked me from his truck if I was going straight. Yup... be careful where the sharp curve is because there are 3 large dogs in and out of the road.

I told him I had been seeing them and blow the horn and they run up a old dirt lane... only in the country...
 
I’m sitting here chuckling a little bit because I remember that I had a dream last night that I somehow ended up having 5w-20 conventional oil in my car and I was trying to figure out how long I should keep it in there for 🤪

My dog likes noise. If you blow a horn in my driveway she will immediately run right up to the front grille. When I start up a mower or tractor she runs up within inches of it. Started a chainsaw last week and wow I had to send her inside. Didn't want her to lose her nose. Sheesh.....weird. I keep her in the property with a electric dog collar. If she went out on the road and had horn blown at her she would be dead.
