A dude in a relationship with kids from a previous relationship is always sort of a second class member of the family. The mom will always prioritize the kids over you, and you get little or none of the benefit of being the dad.

No doubt, a single woman with no kids should be picky who gets to marry her.

When I worked in a hospital I noticed the nurses in surgery were very flirty with all the doctors, they wanted to marry a doctor.
