I’m playing with my new tire pressure gauge, I have had the same one for probably 25 years, so it was definitely time for a new one! This one is great, it gives the pressure to the 1/10th of a PSI

It’s a beautiful sunny day here, low 60s, and so I took the Vette out for a nice 90 minute drive 
Then I put the first coat of the year of my favorite sealant on the Civic (I still have many cans left of the discontinued Meguiars Ultimate Fast Finish)

Supposed to be warmer yet tomorrow, but it's warm now, so I'm toying with cutting out for a bit and enjoying the sunshine.
Much of our snow has melted. However, I think I got it at the right time: need to get the septic pumped this year, but I could not find it last summer. Day or two ago a nice square patch of bare ground showed up... can't find any stakes to mark the ground but I took photos and am hoping that I can much more easily find it this summer.

Getting things ready in case we lose power. Weather man says we may be getting a severe storm, with up to 80 MPH gusts.
Stuff like that can knock out the power. That happened about 2 weeks ago and it was out for maybe 20 hours total.
Had power back for an hour or so, in the middle of the night. Like the idiot I am, decided to use the bathroom. Forgot to carry a
flashlight in there with me. Sure enough lost it again while I was in there. Had to feel my way back into the living room, where I had
a couple candles burning. All this while using a walker and trying not to fall.
Flashlights in every room now. Having a chocolate malt now. That way I won't have to open the freezer door later.
Being prepared is the best insurance for keeping the lights running.

Pulled the blade off of my tractor. I figure no more snow. Pushed back some undergrowth with it before I took it off.
Cleaned out the veg garden and got a load of garden soil to top it off before planting lettuce next week.
I'll put the mower deck on tomorrow and be ready to go.

I went to see @AutoMechanic new girl friend at Wendy's when my worst fears were realized....gulp!!!!!

Just got back from second bike ride of the season, then had tacos for dinner. Starting to set in now that I'm out of shape and should learn about this "pacing" thing, rest of weekend is supposed to be warm too and I don't want to miss a day. Might run out for a cold snack then do some wrenching on the bike. Might also just be time to put the all seasons onto the car, might be done with the white stuff--of course, it wouldn't be the first time I've had to rotate them back on. So nice having a garage... just wish it was few feet bigger (or I had less stuff).

Used to be beer and whiskey.
But I gave up drinking the fun stuff.

Watching some MLB Spring Training. Finally have a bit of free time to watch baseball. Very relaxing wish I was there in person. I decided I’m going to skip a MLB game this year and save for next year and just do some smaller less expensive things this year.
I wish I had a girl by my side so I could teach her about baseball and just have someone to snuggle with too lol. I’m feeling really lonely today. The dispatcher at work today who is kind of new asked me if I was married or had kids I’m like I sure wish both of those things but as Nickelback says in their song Rockstar “this life hasn’t turned out quite the way I wanted to be” and he was impressed I knew their music lol. He is like you seem like the type of guy that would want like 12 kids and I’m like oh yeah for sure but I could never afford it so I’ll settle with 3 or 4 if my day ever comes which it probably won’t lol.

Had a busy day out here. Wife is setting up for an equine obstacle challenge tomorrow, the kids were working, school and riding a pile of horses. Me? Just burned the day up working on my old quad.
