Watching a bunch of DIY electrical videos. Just discovered that Leviton is now making outlets that work like Wago lever nuts. So nice!!!

We have a deep, half-height storage closet. Wanted a rack and clothes rack to roll in and out.

Assembling half a 6’ wire unit worked for the shelving. But clothes rack was still too high. Cut the tubes down to height with a tubing cutter.

A local PD friend says they've met a couple of people who do the same thing during routine traffic stops. The computer, while filling them in on DL and other info, also informs them of the arrest warrant for failure to report to jury duty.

Finished a workout--am attempting to get back to that on a daily basis. Shoveling snow for 40 min last night and probably 30 more today didn't count enough.

About to "go back to work" (aka log back in). Realized I went the wrong path on a design and need to restart. Oops.

About to replace the plug on the right with the new plug. I damaged the ground prong on the existing plug and no longer trust it.

Home early from jury duty.

Going to get Chinese food and hopefully finally get the Christmas tree up and start getting presents wrapped.

Just back from a high school concert. Daughter was in it, playing both piano and oboe.

Waiting for bed though--been waking up at odd hours and tossing & turning. Today it was at 3, but I didn't fall back asleep. I'm wiped out. I'm also super sore from trying to do a workout routine per day and can barely walk at normal walking pace (which sucked walking back to my car in the pouring rain).

But hey, got a free lunch today at a posh restaurant, boss footing the bill--Christmas "thank you for all the work" luncheon. Very appreciated, even if half of our time was spent talking shop.

At work and looking online deciding on a new set of pots and pans for mom and dad for Christmas and a new set of dishes as they requested as well. This is Christmas shopping weekend so I’m going to try and get everyone stuff this weekend.

Went to look at wish lists for the fam on Amazon, but their wish list system is "broken", doesn't say what was already bought. Maybe I'll just do my shopping at Walmart instead.

Looking at CL again. There's gotta be a car out there... spotted a Yaris this time, but it's not a wagon, so I don't know why I'd even look at it. Other than desperation...
