One of my brothers is coming down and wants to buy the rehab I'm working on to do a "land installment contract" out to the niece that lives with me. He's getting a deal being it's in Upper Arlington, OH. I told him I want $10K over cost which half of that goes to our younger sister since she painted the interior and did the landscape work.

Just filled out my MLB post season bracket prediction for a chance to win $50K. Lunch break is good just reading all the possible pitching predictions for tomorrow and everything. Really excited to see some underdogs in the post season. Go Brewers, Braves and Orioles. Diamondbacks too knock everyone else out and go Orioles and Brewers for the World Series. Even though I made the bracket for Orioles vs Dodgers and Orioles winning it. Can’t wait for tomorrow to watch the games at around 7ish.

For those who consider it an accomplishment to lower A1C by 0.1 from one test to the next what was your original A1C and what was the next test? What did you eat / not eat? What medication(s)? Congrats on the good results. Not sure what Devil Dogs are but sounds like possibly counter-productive.
