It's all about control....

It's strange. Basically it sounds like his parents are challenged. And like all humans a bit lazy, or not wanting to deal with things in a straightforward manner. So the end product is to treat @AutoMechanic like he is 8 years old. We've told him, and I have really refrained recently until now. Amass the money. Get rid of debt and really save the money and move the heck out.

I had a 10:00 walking tour that the guests asked to be switched to tomorrow because it’s heavy rain here in Niagara right now. I have a 1:00 tour so I decided to kill some time by popping in to my ex wife’s house so we can go over some stuff with the business. It’s my first time here without Mr Brown being here so I immediately broke down in tears. I miss seeing this when I come in the door:

This is more what I have been doing, for the past 6 weeks +, than what I am doing right now.

Had some work in the yard last year which required digging up the lawn.

Planting grass was much harder than I thought! 1st batch of seeds took hold and maybe covered 40%. I used Scotts with fertilizer from Costco.

For round 2 I raked up the straw, put down a different and a high phosphorus fertilizer I had to get off of Amazon.

Round 2 did the trick and it looks like I'll get 90% coverage now.

I called a roofing company today and am getting an estimate for the roof.. its still good but being 27 years old you know it will be an issue to the new buyers...

The roofing company said they give you 90 days to pay... how's that going to help???
