Just loaded up the crockpot with 3 lbs of country pork ribs along with 2 cups of my homemade bbq sauce poured over it, along with sides of boiled new potatoes and cole slaw. Should be ready about 6 pm.

Just sitting here nothing good on TV so I am just surfing the web. When my dad gets home if he gets home in time we are going to the pawn shop. I am on road call duty today so don’t have to go to the shop. Hopefully not out at all since there is still lots of ice on the roads according to the weather channel.

That’s how I make mine,I put them in the crock pot with bbq sauce and also black pepper and some liquid smoke. I tried beef ribs and didn’t like them at all. Babyback pork ribs are the only way to go!!
