What are you doing right now?

Woke early. Uber pick up this AM flight home. Power out at my home and I was super worried for my wife. Dogs would protect but silly girl was at 9% phone charge when power went down because of a storm. Looks like it’s back on according to my security systems

You should have one of those little power banks in the house so that you can charge your phones in case of a power outage. Or even better, a giant back up generator for your house

Have both! I told wife where the power bank was and she found it quickly

Generator is electric start but is not automated. Cut over switch is manual and line cut off is fail safe manual block.
 
Sold our old 2005 Grand Caravan and 2002 Sunfire today. My wife listed them and a few hours later they were both gone. Sad to see them go but the old van was last used last year for a short trip. The car, while used very often for my short work commute, so sad to see it go. But..... it wasn't great in the winter storms or muddy back roads.

We have the low mile Ram 1500 classic coming next week so we need the room. With a possible job promotion on the horizon, I might not need a commuter as often so we may even sell the kids 2004 Escape. This would make the oldest vehicle we have being the 2006 Trailblazer. One vehicle per family member and the towing truck.

Never tried Popeyes either.
Luckily I don't crave fast food.
I may eat it once or twice a year on road trips when we're in a bind and options are slim to none for whatever reason.

I need to invent a new term for people who just go to the boarding desk to chat or no real reason and delay the flight via delaying boarding and wasting airline employee time
 
Well I’m now looking at things to do in Kansas for vacation as our family planned a reunion and just informed us of it. Luckily it’s the weekend before my scheduled vacation so I’m going to take a few extra days off and not worry about it. I really didn’t want to go out that far but maybe we can stop in Kansas City for a baseball game or St. Louis or somewhere. We will be heading to a little town called Junction City, Kansas. Last reunion we went to was in Little Rock, Arkansas in 2013 the one before that was in Oklahoma in 2004 or 05. It’s not necessarily what I want to do for vacation but I believe it’s important to spend as much time with your family as you can.
