Did you use factory mounts? Or another brand? Just wondering.Yesterday I replaced a side engine mount, front lower control arms and rear shocks on the Prius.
I also replaced the front lower control arms on the wife's Accord.
Now both cars are getting aligned today.

Get a set or pair of knipex cobras, with the comfort grips. Best pliers I've used.That and a pair of Channel Lock pliers.
