What are you doing right now?

Since it is apparently give AM unsolicited advice day…. Coke Zero!

Stuff is so good I prefer it over original and has me wondering how on earth they manage to sell ANY Diet Coke.

No more than 1 a day though. Important.
The only diet soda I can tolerate is Diet Pepsi the rest is bad lol. Never tried Coke Zero though.

Gave up soda years ago. Although I've fallen into seltzer lately... I think about 4oz of fruit juice and 24oz of water does the trick. Too many calories at that, but it's good enough for me.

At one point, I decided to remove all sugars from my diet to combat a digestive problem. After about 6 weeks I noticed no change so I let some sugar back in--only to find out, I had lost my sweet tooth. Ever since then, I've been careful about that--too many sweets and it it will be too hard to fall right back in. But I find it very easy now to avoid most things that have sugar. I do find it easy to avoid both real soda and fake soda altogether; I'll drink tap water instead (although my favorites are coffee, tap water, IPA and red wine) (hate water with ice in it).

Had to do a Zoom meeting tonight about college financial aid; didn't learn too much. Thought about some work problems, sent those emails. About to wrap up and go watch some TV with the fam; I think I might start a small hobby PCB layout while "watching" TV.

Tomorrow comes too quickly. Not sure if I have to get up early and drive the daughter to school; I really wish I'd just find some other vehicle and then we'd all have autonomy. Some day...

Listening to the wind howling. Hope we don't lose power like a couple weeks ago.

Just went and got an official bank check for the closing on my house this afternoon. The last several years between selling my old house in '21 and buying this one have been very trying. I'm in a much healthier place overall today that I was in '21 and am very much looking forward to this next adventure. :)

Try making the tea a touch weaker. You might feel less of a need to add sugar. Or try green tea. It is naturally sweeter. Also more beneficial effects.
Agreed and I don't like hot brewed tea as the heat makes it bitter. I do cold brew with filtered water and whatever McDonald's
does is great.

Burger King tea is bad...It has a seltzer like taste.... a bit of a sting...not good...
