I’m on the 6:20 flight!My pork butt is done. Going to take it out for resting next. I filled a dutch oven with baked beans, bacon, onion, etc, and smoked that for four hours, so that's coming out also. Getting close to feast time!
I like it a lot. It’s basically an electric oven you can add smoke too.. food taste great, bark is nowhere near as good as real smoker, but that’s only downside.
