What Are You Cooking (BBQ) Today?

I've got an 8lb butt, 3lbs of bacon (1/2 of which is in a bacon fatty) and 2 racks of ribs on the electric smoker. Put the butt on last night before I went to bed and its about ready to come off.
I did one in my cheap smoker came out fantastic but it took forever

yesterday was my smoking day. I did 4 racks of rib, 1 pkg of country ribs and about 6lbs of poor man's burnt ends. I let people eat what ever they wanted for dinner and the rest was vacuum sealed and put in the freezer for the colder months. Much of which will be sent to the kids.

Today was grilled garlic parm chicken and some sausage.

Tomorrow burgers and hot dogs.

My pork butt is done. Going to take it out for resting next. I filled a dutch oven with baked beans, bacon, onion, etc, and smoked that for four hours, so that's coming out also. Getting close to feast time!
