What Are You Cooking (BBQ) Today?

I've got an 8lb butt, 3lbs of bacon (1/2 of which is in a bacon fatty) and 2 racks of ribs on the electric smoker. Put the butt on last night before I went to bed and its about ready to come off.

I have an 18 lb Brisket in its 5th hour of resting. Got 3 more hours before slicing....

How do you like the electric smoker ? I think I'm ready to move on from charcoal it's to much babysitting to maintain correct temperature

I did one in my cheap smoker came out fantastic but it took forever
