Weird seo oil specifications used in this lubricant guide

So I have this book with guides on what viscosity capacity and oil speciation is necessary for the vehicle however for some vehicles notably Volkswagen, Mercedes, fiat and some other instead of vw 502 00 it will say seo03 for example. Does anyone know of an easy way of converting these oil grades to actual specifications of have some chart. I’d rather not look in every owners manual I do lots of oil changes on import vehicles.

OK, that must have been made specifically for SOPUS/Pennzoil. I'm guessing they specified how it was printed, and they probably don't have an oil to meet those specs.
