Weinerschitchel meat balls?

Looks like you have Firehouse Subs in the same general area as the Weinerschnitzel shop. Firehouse meatball subs are pretty decent, IMO.

I haven't tried Weinerschnitzel food - none anywhere near me, but here is one review:

That fire house sub is actually pretty far from my work. Today there are few people out and it says 18 min 1 way. No way can I get there and back in 1/2 hr .

There is a subway up the street but it's always so packed I wait in line and have to leave w/o getting to order.

I would definitely give Weinerschnitzel meatballs a try.

I have not tried Weinerschnitzel meatballs. Almost every chain restaurant sells meatballs made in a commissary when they are made, cooked, then frozen. The franchise sub shops simply heat up the prior cooked frozen meatball. Nothing magical or "Italian Grandma Homemade" going on with franchise sub shop meatballs.

Report back how you liked Weinerschnitzel meatballs. I will put my money on your review of their meatball sandwich will be positive.

I just checked locations, and there are a half dozen on the Wasatch Front, here in Utah. I do recall that there is one that my wife frequents on occasion, when we visit Ogden, UT.
