Just picked up a used hard folding tonneau cover to replace my aging Extang Trifecta (great cover, BTW. Almost 10 years of 4-season use!). Got a great price and its in great condition, only problem is a section of weather stripping approx 20 inches long which was torn loose from the glue strip during the previous owners uninstall. Any suggestions for the optimal glue to use to reattach? At this point, I figure on using some black RTV, likely whatever is cheapest at Menards. FWIW the top is a UnderCover Flex.

I have used it for a number of applications . Reminded me of contact cement , a little .

Think I purchased it at O'Reilly Auto Parts .

The adhesive was yellow , IIRC .
