Gets the white out 100%, and leaves a nice 'sheen' finish!

I had the same exact issue and just tried Simple Green Concentrate. Worked like a charm. Nothing else was doing it. I tried back to black. You need to use some type of a degreaser and the Simple Green is safe and effective.
