waterless car wash cloths

Hello to all,

I was wondering if anyone has used or tried those waterless car wash cloths that go by the name "Kozak" or "Glossit"?

Question do they really work? Doesn't it scratch the paint? and last how dirty can the car be before you must use a car wash?
