Warren Distribution TXP313PL "Havoline" 10W30 Conventional Motor Oil W/deposit Shield 1 Qt. (Pack of 12)
Price: $86.91

Anything is possible I guess but my bet would be if Warren has anything to do with this, Chevron is blending the product and shipping the blended product to Warren for packaging. Chevron does have more than one refinery and blending plant in this country.

Seems a little expensive to me, $7.25 per quart for conventional oil.

Chevron probably has many sites that they own but they may contract some out too and Warren may be one of them.Anytime a company gan get something done cheaper, they will usually do it.It would probably be cheaper to have Warren blend Havoline for them and then distribute it,since Warren has their own trucking company,in certain areas of the country.

Having someone else do the blending could be much cheaper than Chevron doing it themselves,ie:labor, upkeep of equipment, taxes, employee benefits, workers comp.,fuel costs, etc.

This is from Warrens web site:

•Custom design, private label
•In-house carton printing
•In-house label design
•State-of-the-art, high speed filling equipment
•780 different products packaged in our facilities under 40 different labels

Havoline could be one of the 780 products.
