Walmart oil prices - Ah!

Shouldn't matter. Based on people's posts here, Walmart pricing across the country is pretty consistent. There may be very slight variations (certainly in the single-digit %) based on a market.

I have a WM 5 minutes away from me at work and I'll drive past it on the way home, but I don't care enough to go in and check ! 😂
Get a picture as you drive by 🤣.

I use to keep a decent stock of oils for all my outdoor power equiptment and vehicles. But oil does age out, and additives do fall out. So I changed to keeping just enough for topping up if required, and buy what is required before each oil change.

Theres something to be said for using high quality oil and filters.

But theres also something to be said for using fresh oil that has not aged out, and had additives drop out.

Maybe not having a large stash will bite me in the future. But I doubt it.

VRP up to ~$36 around here but a quick search of other brands (M1, Castrol) shows same prices including several on rollback. As mentioned above, this may be Aramco taking advantage of VRPs popularity

A gallon jug and one quart bottle of Valvoline Restore & Protect ATF were just dropped off on my porch about 20 minutes ago. Still $29.97 and $8.95 with free delivery online order from my closest Walmart.

I also see it online now, $35 for Mobil1 EP. They will use excuse for shortages due to conflict, but prices will never go down.

Mobil1 AC is still $26

Because multiply that by a few times per year over several years
Lets do that. IF it stays at that price (I doubt it will) then $12 x 4 years = $48.

In those four years, just airing up your tires will save you more that that. Use GasBuddy to shop for best gas prices and you can save hundreds. Eating in instead of out just ONCE in four years saves you $75.

Here is his Top Four:

#4. Starbucks

As in #10, I enjoy a good cup of Joe. Aside from the shock of having to order it from a tatted and pierced barista who looks like something out of Star Wars, Starbucks is just too expensive for every day. Here is a great money-saving tip: brew your own coffee at home and bring it with you in a travel mug.

#3. Cigarettes

I remember as a kid we used to give my father and grandfather a carton of cigarettes as a gift. Watch an old movie – everyone smoked. Now, Netflix includes smoking in its warning list: nudity, extreme violence, and smoking. As though they are equivalents. Money literally going up in smoke.

#2. Tattoos

I just don’t get these. When I make a purchase, I expect a feature or benefit of the thing I’m buying to meet a need or provide a solution. What is the need in getting a tat, other than demonstrating one’s gang membership?

#1 Lottery Tickets Lottery tickets is the only way a state can get poor people to pay taxes. When I’m waiting in line at the Publix service desk for a book of stamps, I see people dropping $40 and $50 bucks at a time on these things!

What about people who don't buy any of those but have other more important bills and spendings?

My Japanese Aunt told me that only prostitutes and Yakuza got tattoos. :ROFLMAO:
Just FYI because I might date a Japanese girl and I should check her shoulder for a butterfly..
