Turned out the one I ended up with had a Thai Federal Magistrate father (see Fed circuit court judge in US) who carried a S&W 357 Magnum and our dates were chaperoned.

I just checked after reading your post and it went up overnight here! But the other Valvoline oils are either the same or lower than they were yesterday when I ordered the ATF.

BITOG experts with crystal balls and insider knowledge tell us motor oil prices (specifically!) are going to jump in a couple of months, people DON'T stock up, then act suprised-Pikachu when they actually do, in the time frame predicted.

3 days ago at my local Montana Walmart, I picked up the only 5qt jug of 5w-30 Valvoline Restore & Protect on the shelf for $29.97. There were many jugs of 5w-20 for the same price.
Today it is all $35.97 and I didn't see any 5w-30 (but did not climb to see what the non-faced jugs on the top shelf were.
