A few months ago my local Walmart got rid of all the Fram filters in exchange for Bosch and P1. Went to Walmart today and Fram is back. The P1 is completely gone and the Bosch is on clearance. Anyone else's Walmart do the same?

Was at 2 WM locations today. One still fully stocked with classics, Bosch and P1's. Other location, shelves were stocked with only Frams. Something's up.

I think Motorking mentioned that Walmart Canada is getting rid of Bosch and returning to Fram again. Locally they had classic and synthetic Purolator, plus bosch. Haven't been in recently but I agree it would be nice to get a better price on fram ultra. Canadian tire was $15 for ultra or mobil 1 filters last time I checked.

But hey, they're only $8.97 if you can be there at the exact moment when they're stocking the shelves. . . .

There are other places to get them cheaper. I picked up 3 at AAP for my Hyundai Elantra for $7.53 each out the door after installing my last P1 on the last OC.

Well, that is a bit of a shame. AAP has been my go to for filters; when combined with a code some decent prices can be had.
