VP Brand Gas Stations?

We have one of those here in Springfield Vermont. It was a Shell station until about 4 years ago. At one time, they advertised ethanol free premium, but I am not sure what they offer lately. You can get ethanol free premium, 91 octane, from Sunoco stations in southern Vermont. Also, Quick Stop independent stations.

There is one in Ft. Lauderdale, FL. They have various options at the pump, including the excellent C9, 96 octane non oxygenated unleaded. They also stock all sorts of race fuels. However, be very ready to open your wallet. The prices are tough to take.

We have one in the Quad Cities in Iowa. I’ve never stopped there but have been intrigued. Prices never seem to lure me in, especially with a Kwik Star across the road.

Just my $0.02

Just because of this thread I stopped at the VP Racing station in Paso Robles, CA. They have VP 101 unleaded fuel. 101 octane. $9.99/gallon.

Just keep in mind that VP101 is oxygenated. So it's not ideal for some specific applications. If your use requires non ethanol fuel, VP101 is not the correct choice. C9 or C10/C20 are the high octane, non oxygenated choices.

I just filled up at one in NY. I thought for some reason they were affiliated with 76 which has the highest amount of additives out of the top tier gases. I was wrong! Now I'm buying some Techron to put in the tank.

Google will tell you that VP is top tier. It's not listed on the site list though. I just sent VP an email asking about it. I used to live by Mobile stations now I don't live very close to any known top tier stations. VP was $3.15 a gallon which is right on par with all the local non-top tier stations.

That the one in Andover? Very few top Tier stations have the sticker. The only one I know of is the Citgo in Scio. Google will tell you that VP is Top Tier but they aren't listed. I just emailed the company and asked about it.
I believe that it would have been in the lovely, scenic town of Olcott, NY, along the Lake Ontario shore. There are a couple in the Southern Tier as well...

They’re not. They focus on performance fuel, and it’s likely that a station’s standard offerings are just generic fuel. I’m not even sure their race gas has anything more than a standard dose of additives.

At the 2026 Rolex 24 Hours of Daytona, ALL the cars used VP Racing fuel. That seems like pretty good endorsement to me.
