I have some of this also. Not sure if I am going to run it in the Hemi Ram or Kia 2.0l. Either way, I took advantage of the MIR which ends up costing about $2 all said and one for 5 qts.

Your gonna use a 20 grade in a 5 litre. Could you please pm me with your observations. I've found that the 5.0s like thicker oil however I'd love to hear of your experience with thin please,and thank you

I ask cause I don't know what Boron does!


I think it helps extend the tbn,as well as being an anti-wear and dispersant.
Just spitballing.

Used as a corrosion inhibiter, anti-wear and anti-oxidant additive. Concentration levels vary greatly depending on oil brand.

Running it in the new geo. 1993 geo xfi1.0 5spd 67,000 orig miles. Had i am not sure oil ac filter at 55k. Changed at 60k with 10w30. Both ticking at start up 10w30 alittle more. At 63k dumped in qsud 0w20 and motorcraft fl-400 it is wisper quiet, smooth silk.
