I always dump a extra quart in at the track. I don't drain it off after, so I do run extra most the time.

I always changed before each track event. So for this last year that was about every month and 1000 - 1500 miles. I think that might have been over kill.

That's what I keep telling my LS1 buddies to do, and it's exactly what I'm gonna do when I get a C5 Corvette (which won't be for 5-10 years mind you)
