Venezuela, future oil prices

If a lot more Venezuelan oil gets onto the world market, oil prices will drop like a stone unless other producers cut way back. Will the Saudis cut production to offset increased Venezuelan production?
 
The global economy will heat up causing demand for crude.
They are in OPEC.
and it will take year(s) to get Venezuelan up, this stuff does not happen overnight.
Broken down, .The oil markets will not be threatened, but oil company stock might rise.

Sure but it's going to take awhile to overcome the decades long lack of investment in infrastructure.
 
Lower margins for whom? Their oil fields are in poor shape so investment is needed to increase production. Remember this is a country whose production peaked 25 yrs ago.
Yeah, it’s been trashed for a long time - next door it’s all super modern and stable (Guyana) …
