No matter the condition of the vehicle, my daughter has already said she won't keep it. She also has a S 350 MB, but will likely buy another SUV.

A lot of vehicle sales or tastes are driven by racial and/or socioeconomic demographics. I daily drive through the South Philly hoods on my way to work everyday and the amount of Inifinity's and Cadillac branded vehicles is more than a passing coincidence and seem to be popular hood status vehicles. Irony is that when you get into the affluent areas just outside South Philly, there is a stigma to owning an Infinity branded vehicle and is looked as a hood rat vehicle even when new to many people. Does not surprise me then that Infinity vehicles have a higher rate of theft.
