that's not good, email them, there is a contact email listed in the other Valvoline rebate section and I think on their website

Would you please share the email address?

I contacted PayPal, and sent them my cell phone screen shots, they said they never received $14 from rebate company, even my cell phone received "$14 is in your paypal account". I sent email to "Aisle Support", never got response.

I lost $14.

Happy ending for the rebate processing.

It was very frustration for a while, cell phone received text from Aisle stated $14 waiting for claim in PayPal, but nothing there.

Since the rebate money was not received by end of May 2025, I contacted Valvoline Global customer service directly, with the help of their representative Pauline, the rebate was in my PayPal account on July 18.

Received text msg from rebate "Master", and claimed that $14 was sent. Following the link and claimed the $, but nothing is in my PayPal account for more than 48 hrs.

I am having the same issue, I got an automated message for approval and payment, been 10 days no payment...will call them, what is their phone number or email again?
