I think you got it right there. If you changed this oil yourself and it had 8% fuel, you would have noticed it.
 
Yes this type of oil has a very high TBN look at the virgin oil analysis on page 2  Virgin oil is  16.7 TBN . And as for the fuel dilution %  there is no way that  it is 8%  Must be a typo or some sort of mistake in the report and  Viscosity has only dropped Around 4% which is nothing really  if there was that much fuel in the oil the drop would be much moreÂ

Yes - those figures unfortunately cast doubt over the whole UOA.
