Valvoline updated the VME product info sheet on 2/19/20 and the 5W30 is now showing a nice Noack result of ~8.2% (note the tilde).

A sheet updated on that same day for VAFS shows a Noack loss of 9.3% for the 5W30, a good result for a mass market product available at WM for a good price.
