Thats sounds like the description of the Maxlife Synthetic
I read on a 5w30 Synpower bottle where it is supposed to meet ALL ACEA A's . I take that to include A3 .
The Vi is 10.84 @ 100c though

I don't think one and the same oil can meet A1, A2, and A3 at the same time.
starburst? I would use a starburst oil in a newer engine.

Okay I checked the Synpower ratings:
SAE 5w30: Exceeds European ACEA A1/B1 and all requirements of ILSAC GF-3 for API Gasoline Engine Oils and meets Energy Conserving Standards.
SAE 5w40: Exceeds European ACEA A3/B3 and all preceeding API Gasoline Engine Oils.
SAE 10w30: Exceeds European ACEA A1/B1 and all requirements of ILSAC GF-3 for API Gasoline Engine Oils and meets Energy Conserving Standards.
SAE 20w50: Exceeds European ACEA A3/B3 and all preceeding API Gasoline Engine Oils.
I don't see any oil that meets any combination of A1, A2, and A3. It's simply impossible. What were you looking at?
