New Valvoline Maxlife 10W30 Synthetic?

Was at walmart and noticed they had this oil, It said NEW on the bottle, i'm assuming it's a new formulation. On the back it states that it meets ACEA A3/B3/B4 VW 502.00, 505.00, i forget the other vw standard, mercedes 229.1 and 229.3, and BMW longlife LL01/98. Could a Group III base oil meet these requirements?

Yes. Castrol Softec TXT meets these specs and it's Group III. The BMW labeled 5w30 sold at US BMW dealers is TXT.
