$150 Site Donor 2025
Looking at this 2024 enclosed trailer with a salvage title, simply as it was close to "home" and solved some challenges I have with an upcoming move.
This trailer is 24 feet long, and has two 5k lbs axles (10k GVWR). Like the plywood interior, but appears to be a base trailer with no significant upgrades.
Trailer was salvaged because of theft. This exact trailer can be purchased brand new today for $11k USD.
I was outbid at $6950 USD, which was significantly higher than I wanted to go, but I have a problem to solve. The high bid on this trailer is now $8050, which is $9516 USD out the auction lot. The title still needs to be converted from salvage to rebuilt to license the trailer for public road use.
I don't get the pricing on used trailers, but I have been working hard for multiple months to purchase a used trailer and am finding the prices still red hot.
Update, high bid is now $9050 USD, which is $10,666 USD out the auction lot, before tax, title, etc....
