123Saab - did you do a UOA with the Ceratec?

I did not.

But...I thought the engine quieted down significantly.

Especially cold starts.

Now with Mos2 and it is very much the same as with Ceratec.

I'll do another Ceratec treatment 30000 miles from now and use Mos2 in between.

As I said before, This 100000+ 3.7L Jeep engine has never sounded or felt this good.

So I'm going to stick to it, With 0w-20 full synth oil at 6-7k intervals.

I've had stellar results using all of liqui-Moly's products and not one has shown me to have any negative effects.
In fact I find that I get better mileage, engines run smoother and in the case of my compressors I've got triple the rated hours on the engines without ever doing anything more than adding fuel, and of course mos2 in the oil.

Yes we've hot guys out here who have voiced very legitimate concerns based on their experiences however my experiences don't mimic theirs so I most certainly will not try to discredit them, since they are stating an honest observation.
So all I can do is voice my honest observations.

Exactly how I feel about it.

+ 1 Unfortunately that isn't always enough.

FWIW-----I believe the LM MOS is a soluble form of moly (on the package labeling, this is why they can make the statement " no solid products like moly, PTFE, etc") and the LM Moly Additive is not soluble moly. End results = you are adding 2 different types of moly

I've never seen one either.
I've got it in the sump of my c3 right now. I've never done a used oil analysis on it so because I've got no established trends I'm not sure it would tell us much.

Especially if it's not a favorable one.
