The sly old foxes at the FIA have left themselves the option of spicing up the championship in September:

FIA delays USGP decision until September

The 7 teams are found guilty on two of the five charges. No doubt the refund announcement by Michelin has provided temporary cover for the teams.

Let's hope there will be a 2006 USGP.
